Standard Fees
Standard fees are 25 pbs for both buyer and seller.
Charged By Brokers
The fees are charged by our brokers, SFP or BCV, who arrange and execute the transactions.
Platform Fees
Platform fees do not include brokerage fees charged by investors’ banks.

Marco Mennet graduated from the University of Applied Sciences (HEG) in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He worked for a year in an investment fund management company as a real estate fund accountant where he was in charge of reporting and NAV calculation. He then moved to the insurance sector as an advisor, before joining the team to strengthen the development of the PropertyMatch.ch platform.

Vincent is a serial entrepreneur active in the financial sector. He has worked in microfinance both as an analyst and as an investor relations manager. He has also worked in commodity finance and in the hedge fund industry. Currently, he spends his time in advisory and structuring activities in impact finance, private equity and indirect real estate. He sits on several boards of directors.
JEAN-YVES REBORD
Member of the board
Jean-Yves is specialized in collective investments, in particular in real estate. He has obtained for his clients, banks and other financial intermediaries under the supervision of the FINMA, numerous authorizations for managers, real estate investment funds and SICAV, or representatives and distributors of foreign collective investments. He is one of the most recognized lawyers in the field. He sits on several boards of directors.

Amine joined CBRE Switzerland in 2014 after four years at UBS AG in Zurich. There he was responsible for the Real Estate Advisory department in French-speaking Switzerland. Before joining UBS, he worked at CBRE in Dubai and London for five years. During his career at CBRE, he founded the fund structuring and indirect investment division in Dubai and was involved in investments and capital flows between London and Dubai.
