PMCH SA and Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) are launching a Swiss version of PropertyMatch, a pricing platform specialising in unlisted real estate collective investment schemes, in order to improve liquidity and transparency in the market. Accessible at www.propertymatch.ch, the Swiss PropertyMatch interface went live on 15 June 2021.
